Healing from severe knee pain

I was booked to go to Israel and suddenly I started having terrible knee pain, my entire leg used to go numb at times. The tour date was fast approaching and I did not want to cancel the tour at this stage and decided to go see a doctor. I was prescribed medication for 3 months. I took all my medicines with me and trusting God I went on the tour. I started to experience the healing touch of God while travelling itself. Normally when I sit for a longer time in the flight my leg swells up, but this time I noticed there was no swelling. Even during our Holy site visits, I noticed there was absolutely no pain and I was able to finish the tour comfortably.One particular day, I did not use the lift to my hotel room that was located on the 9th floor as there was a big queue waiting to board the lift , I did not have the patience to wait and I took the stairs all the way to the 9th floor. I did not experience any feeling of exhaustion or any sign of knee pain.
